Make your own sketchs book or journals.
 
This one-day workshop will take you through how to make your own sketch book or journal for your
art work. If you love notebooks and love to personalise them, this is for you. Once you know how,
you can create your own books for sketching, journaling, scrapbooking, picture albums or as a
special gift for someone.
 
We will learn about creating book sections, sewing them together and creating a cover of your own
design. You will make two books. Firstly, we will make a small pocket notebook with a greetings card.
We will then move on to creating your book sections and then learning to sew them in a French
Unsupported stitch.
 
In the afternoon we will look at how you would like to create your book cover
with craft papers and cards and finally attach your covers to your book with ribbons and other
decorative pieces.
 
You will leave with two handbound books and the knowledge of how to make more!
