Our postage & shipping charges are determined by the TOTAL weight of your order.

You will be given a selection of shipping options including Standard & Express shipping at checkout based on the weight of your total order with costs as below:

Order under 1Kg - Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days) - £2.99
- Express Shipping (48 Hours. Orders must be received by 2pm for next business day shipping) - £8.99
​
Order greater than 1Kg but less than 2kg - Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days) - £5.99
- Express Shipping (48 Hours. Orders must be received by 2pm for next business day shipping) - £10.99
​
Order over 2Kg - Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days) - £8.99
- Express Shipping (48 Hours. Orders must be received by 2pm for next business day shipping) - £14.99

Shop Collection.
Orders may be collected from our shop at 110 Front Street East, Bedlington, Northumberland, NE22 5AE between 11am & 3pm Tuesday to Saturday.
To collect from the shop simply select 'COLLECT FROM SHOP' option at checkout.

Workshop Bookings.
To avoid being charged shipping please select 'COLLECT FROM SHOP' option at checkout.

Other Information
We can't guarantee that your order will be processed and despatched on the day you place it. If your order is urgent, please select Express Shipping and contact us.

Express deliveries do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays.
Deliveries to the Highlands and to offshore destinations is available at extra cost, please contact us and ask for a quotation.

The Delivery address must have a UK postcode. This includes Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

Delivery - UK Only
This paragraph applies only to orders despatched to addresses covered by UK postcodes. You should normally expect to receive your order in 10 days. Orders that include printing, cutting or other manufacturing processes may take up to 15 days to complete. Standard delivery services are by Royal Mail and are available to any UK address. Our Express Delivery service is by courier and covers the UK mainland except the Highlands, but this does not guarantee that orders will be despatched on the day they are received. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will advise on delivery times. Courier service to the Highlands and Islands and to non UK addresses is available at extra cost.

If goods are not delivered within 15 working days of despatch, please contact us. If we cannot trace the order, we will send a replacement within the next 7 days.
Overseas Customers: Please Read Carefully
If you wish to place an order, you must enter a delivery address and a valid UK postcode to qualify for the postage and packing rates quoted above. We do despatch orders to European Union addresses, subject to the payment of a surcharge to cover shipping and insurance. If a non UK delivery address is entered we will advise the customer of the surcharge based on the delivery address and the shipping costs. Subject to the customer's agreement we will add the additional shipping cost to the original order cost and the order will be despatched on clearance of the payment.
Please note that due to customs charges we will not ship to any address outside of the UK.
All prices on the website apply regardless of the delivery address or the address of the purchaser. No discounts or refunds will be made in connection with VAT or any other taxes.
If the customer does not agree to our terms and conditions, the order will be cancelled and we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge from any refunded payments.
